This single-session seminar is a required pre-requisite for all of the dog training classes offered at Seattle Humane. This seminar will help you be prepared to start one of our 6-week group training classes. You will learn about the gear we recommend, what to bring with you to our classes and how to prepare your dog for successful! You will also receive a sneak peak into how dogs learn, how to teach them using positive reinforcement-based training, and the marker training method. We encourage everyone who will be training the dog to attend.
